Urgent Federal Relief Needed In St. Louis County Courts

FEDERAL RELIEF IS URGENTLY NEEDED FOR PUBLIC CORRUPTION IN STL COURTS

My name is Anne Ojeda and I am a victim of an ongoing Conspiracy Against Rights and Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law Crime being committed in St. Louis County, Missouri Courts. It involves Associate Circuit Judge Joseph L. Green (Div. 36) and a group of St. Louis Legal Professionals who are co-conspirators in a crime which stems from my divorce from local attorney, Richard A. Voytas. The case is filed under seal at the highest level of security afforded by The Court in order to bury the evidence of their crime from public view.  

What makes this crime so heinous is that Mr. Voytas and Judge Green weaponized my first husband, and long-time domestic abuser with a well-documented history with The Court, Victor A. Ojeda. They did this to distract focus from the crime they have been committing in the context of Mr. Voytas's divorce matter with me, and to harass my sons and I as a form of retaliation after I began reporting what was happening to Administrative Judges.  Mr. Voytas and Judge Green’s weaponization of Mr. Ojeda to further their crime is an egregious example of public corruption serving as a powerful form of post-separation domestic abuse.

The evidence links found at the bottom of the page titled “Case #1” include the legal documents and transcripts from hearings related to my divorce from Mr. Voytas, which was the first case assigned to Judge Green in July 2021. The evidence links titled "Case #2" focus on the weaponization of my known domestic abuser to The Courts, Victor A. Ojeda, by Judge Green and Mr. Voytas shortly after I began formally reporting their actions to Administrative Judges in April 2022. Judge Green, Mr. Voytas, and the legal professionals who conspired with them, are well-aware that Mr. Ojeda possesses a combination of sinister, pathological, and disordered personality traits, which led to the post-separation abuse my sons and I have been subject to since 2016. It has persisted in spite of numerous judgements entered over the course of the last seven years which were intended to prevent our further abuse by Mr. Ojeda. Those judgements include: 

• Mr. Ojeda’s loss of legal and physical custody in 2018 after a year-long suspension of his custody which was prompted by Temporary Restraining Orders granted for both minors in The Spring of 2017. 

• A Full Order of Protection in 2019 related to Mr. Ojeda’s ongoing harassment following his loss of custody in 2018.

• A Missouri Appellate Court Opinion entered in February 2020 after Mr. Ojeda’s failed appeal of The Order of Protection entered by The Lower Court.

• A Contempt Judgement entered in November 2020, by Mr. Ojeda’s consent, documenting his continued violations of The Court’s Orders just prior to the former judge retiring. At this time Mr. Ojeda also consented to the renewal of The Order of Protection he had been violating since it was first entered in 2019.  

• A judgement dismissing a motion filed by Mr. Ojeda in March 2022 requesting a replacement supervisor after the supervising group named to supervise, or appoint a replacement, reported long-standing issues with Mr. Ojeda as the reason for discontinuing supervised visitation and not recommending a replacement. This was despite Mr. Ojeda’s attorney at the time lying and saying the supervising group was just no longer available.

• An April 2022 judgement dismissing a “Motion to Vacate” the judgement which denied Mr. Ojeda’s motion to replace the supervisor and modify custody.

In addition, an evidence link is posted which leads to a sample of the evidence from the 2017-2018 Modification of Custody that resulted in Mr. Ojeda's custody loss and extreme contact restrictions. It is uploaded to illustrate how targeted the psychological abuse that my sons and I have been subject to by the legal professionals committing this crime has been. They adopted Mr. Ojeda’s method of gas-lighting by filing a barrage of court motions, orders, and judgements in which they assert the same fraudulent set of material facts that are precisely opposite of the truth.  This allowed them to create the appearance that their actions were the result of legitimate legal processes, rather than a Civil Rights Crime accomplished through filing materially-false court documents.  It is a sinister crime that is extensively documented with evidence. My years of experience disproving Mr. Ojeda's perjured legal pleadings in response to the abusive litigation he has filed on a yearly basis for seven years, ended up preparing me to catch a crime of public corruption which relies on the same tactics of abuse.
